The Elgin OGS Branch Library - The branch library is located in the George Thorman Room of the St. Thomas Public Library and accessible for research during the open hours of the public library. If you are planning a visit to do research at the St. Thomas Library check out the online Finding Aid for the Elgin OGS collection at the George Thorman Room.  Those interested in using the collection of the Elgin OGS or the material housed in the George Thorman Room are advised to reserve a microfilm reader by phoning in advance (St. Thomas Public Library, 519/631-6050).
